2

Medicare EPC & Chronic Disease Referrals

Through Medicare’s Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) and Chronic Disease Management plans, eligible clients can access subsidised exercise physiology sessions. We deliver targeted interventions for conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, cardiovascular disease, and osteoporosis, focusing on long-term improvements in function, pain management, and quality of life.

3

WorkCover & Insurance Claims

We provide rehabilitation and return-to-work programs under WorkCover and insurance claims. Our exercise physiology services address workplace injuries, musculoskeletal pain, and post-surgical recovery, ensuring safe, structured progression. We liaise with doctors and insurers to streamline claims while supporting clients in regaining capacity and independence.

4

Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Clients

We proudly support DVA Gold and White Card holders with fully funded exercise physiology services. Programs are designed to manage chronic conditions, pain, mental health impacts, and functional decline, helping veterans maintain independence, mobility, and overall well-being in a supportive and understanding environment.

5

NDIS Participants

We support NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed by providing tailored exercise programs designed to improve strength, mobility, and confidence in daily living. Our services focus on promoting functional independence, reducing barriers caused by disability, and enhancing overall quality of life. Sessions can be delivered in-clinic, at home, or through community-based settings.

6

Athletes & Active Individuals

We support athletes and active individuals with evidence-based strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and performance enhancement programs. By combining biomechanics, exercise science, and tailored training strategies, our exercise physiologists help clients recover faster, improve resilience, and optimise their physical performance across recreational and competitive sporting levels.

WHAT IS AN EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST?

An Exercise Physiologist (EP) is a university trained allied health practitioner. In the same category of practitioners as Physiotherapists or Chiropractors. Although the main difference between Exercise Physiologists and other allied health practitioners is that we primarily use exercise as our main means of intervention.

Our scope of practice allows us to treat pathologies ranging from cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cancers, kidney, respiratory / pulmonary and mental health, and any other conditions for which there is evidence that exercise can improve the client’s clinical status

OUR CLIENTS

I was lucky enough to work with Josh since 2019. He’s an incredibly educated EP and PT who starts you with clearly set goals. What comes next is the work. With his guidance and fluid, clever and well considered programming I hit my goals and surpassed them, I’ve never been so strong and confident. His rare educational combination and experience makes him a real trail blazer in this industry, if he’s not already the best
